Welcome to the Pinetop Water Community Facilities District Community. Please contact our office by phone, or you can print out the Service Agreement/New Service Request form to apply for service. When applying for Service, we will also need Proof of Ownership, a copy of your ID, and $60.00 in cash, check or money order ($45.00 refundable Deposit and a $15.00 Establishment fee). Please note, the property must stay in the Owner's name but Renters can be attached to the account.
