To our valued customers and residents:

Beginning March 20, 2021 Pinetop Water will be reinstating Late Fees. Your monthly statement is due every month on the 10th. Beginning on April 11, 2021 we will begin doing disconnections again also. Please try and bring your accounts current or contact our office before April 10th so we can assist you with setting up a payment plan.

We understand the impact Covid-19 is having on our community, and at this time we are offering assistance if you are unable to pay your full bill.  If you have been financially impacted by the Corona Virus and need to set up a payment schedule, we are willing to accept a minimum payment to keep your account current and set up an arrangement for any part of the bill that remains unpaid.
